**Company Description**SlideHub is a fast-growing startup founded in 2016 by a team of Danish professionals. The company uses a combination of trained professionals, modern technology, and highly skilled designers located around the globe to provide PowerPoint services to some of the most professional organizations across Europe, America, Australia, Asia, and Africa. SlideHub operates out of Denmark, Portugal, Mexico, and the Philippines.**Job Description** We are looking for talented and driven Design professionals in Mexico City for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluent English written and verbal is required since all communication is in English.**As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will work with a global network of people both internally at SlideHub and externally to deliver presentation designs for our clients. All new hires will go through a paid training program where they will learn the necessary skills to start working for our clients.**During the training period, you will be working from 08:00-16:00 MX****Applicants must send their CVs in English and have sufficient written and spoken English skills. Applications that do not comply with these requests will not be considered.****The role**- Manage client projects from the initial dialogue to the delivery of the presentation- Develop high-quality presentation designs for our demanding clients- Manage SlideHub's network of freelancers to deliver client projects- Various business development activities in the delivery team**Qualifications**- Fluent in English, both written and verbal- Willing to work both Morning and Evening shifts in MX time - **note we work with CET (Central European Time) so Daylight Savings Time Changes apply**:- Strong prioritization and time management skills- Experience and/or education in graphic design (PowerPoint is not necessary but welcome)- Have work permit and legal requirements to work for our company in Mexico**Additional Information**- Learn what it takes to serve demanding clients in a fast-paced environment- Become part of a global, fast-growing, technology company- An opportunity to master Presentation Design and Project Management- Be part of an ambitious Danish, Portuguese, Phillipino & Mexican team with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark- Work is conducted in 8-hour shifts (40 hours of work per week)- Paid annual leave of 18 days + bank holidays- Work Remotely**Shifts information**You will be working primarily in the Morning shift, but might have to work in the Evening shift from time to time.**Weekend shift work also applies twice a month**Note since we work with Daylight Savings the shifts have different working hours in Summer and Winter time:Wintertime- Morning shift -** 09:00-17:00 MX**:- Evening shift - **17:00-01:00 MX**Summertime- Morning shift -** 08:00-16:00 MX**:- Evening shift -** 16:00-00:00 MX****Salary Information**Starting gross salary per month**: 20.600 MXN**We have a Structured Promotion Ladder that enables fast promotions based on the employee's performance. On average, promotions to Project Manager happen in less than 1 year in the company
