Únete a nuestro equipo como IT Software Asset Engineer (Contracts) Buscamos a alguien con pasión por el orden, los detalles y la optimización de licencias de software, que quiera contribuir activamente a un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.Tu función principal será garantizar la conformidad y optimización del uso de software dentro de la organización, gestionando auditorías internas y externas, y proporcionando soporte en la administración de licencias y despliegue de software.**Ubicación**: Querétaro, Querétaro.**Horario**: Lunes a viernes, de 08:00 am a 05:30 pm. Se requiere disponibilidad para laborar días festivos cuando se requiera.**Modalidad**: Presencial.**Requirements**:- Lic/Ing en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o campos relacionados. (TITULADO)- Experiência en un puesto similar, mínima de 1 año.- Inglés avanzado (se realizará evaluación)- Experiência trabajando en el área de mesa de servicio de TI, soporte técnico o funciones similares.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con la capacidad de expresar conceptos técnicos complejos a usuarios no técnicos.- Capacidad demostrada para aprender rápidamente nuevas tecnologías.**Conocimientos**:- Suite de Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet, Calendar, etc)- Herramienta de ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, etc,)- Reportes avanzados en hojas de cálculo con tablas dinámicas y gestión de información- Análisis de datos- Comprensión de los diferentes tipos de licencia (por usuario, red, por estación de trabajo, por núcleo, etc.)- Conocimiento de diferentes tipos de licencia- Familiarizado con los editores de software (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, MicroFocus, etc.)- Comprensión de los paquetes de software y herramientas de implementación- Conocimiento básico y comprensión de las auditorías de software**Principales actividades**:- Garantizar la conformidad y optimización del uso de software dentro de la organización.- Gestionar auditorías internas y externas,- Proporcionar soporte en la administración de licencias y despliegue de software.**Benefits**:Sueldo base.Bono trimestralPrestaciones de leyExcelente ambiente laboral
