Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**Entry level Warranty Engineer Jr. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Engineering policies, practices and procedures.**Key responsibilities**- Interaction with internal and external customers to RMA authorization for reject material.- Interaction with multidisciplinary team (Finance, Trade Compliance, Logistics, Digital Technology SAP support)- Administration to receipt and disposal of material for customer returns.- Administration to reports of failure analysis to customer.- Plan and execute projects assigned to keep them as planned.- Keep performance the RMA process on time**Requirements**:- Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree (BA/BS degree in Engineering: Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineer with a relevant internship)- 1 year of prior relevant experience.- Basic - intermediate English- Familiarity with standard office productivity tolls (Microsoft Office, etc.)**It would be nice if you **have**- Experience performing in touch-up and repair.- Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical schematics.- Familiarity of Logistics desirable.**Soft skills**- Proactive- Organized- Responsible**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
