This is a great opportunity to blend your analytical and human resources expertise and help us develop data analysis that will impact our business strategy and help us execute our long-term HR initiatives. The individual must have a HR data background and be proficient working with and analyzing large data sets. If you thrive by working in a high-growth environment and utilizing the latest technologies, consider this opportunity as the next level in your professional development.**Where you will make an impact**Identify, develop and provide analytics to support the development and refinement of HR initiatives.Uses data to create models that depict trends, prepares reports, presents and explains findings to senior leadership.Audit & resolve data integrity issues to ensure quality of data in HRIS system and collaborate with others to present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner to resolve any anomalies.Possess a basic understanding of basic compliance for US and international laws regarding employment practices.Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.Assess and analyze human capital data, both horizontally across all businesses and vertically within a business area to draw out human capital insights at Ellucian.Conducts analysis and models out recommendations for HR initiativesAssist with modeling & setup of compensation processes.Conduct and participate in salary surveys, interpreting market data and performing proactive competitive analysis against Ellucian compensation practices, including salary ranges, incentive targets internal equity and legal compliance of pay practicesEvaluate and classify positions into the existing compensation structure, by understanding scope of responsibilities and influencePartner with HR Centers of Excellence & HR Business partners to analyze data and provide insights**What you will bring**3-5 years of Human Resources experience in a role that involves Compensation, HR systems and database managementAdvanced Excel knowledge and experience (Pivots, V-Lookups, Advanced Formulas, Graphs/Charts) & Power Point skillsPrevious work experience within HRIS systems (Success Factors preferred)Working knowledge of Tableau business intelligence softwareWorking knowledge of HRIS Reporting, and able to create both ad hoc and advanced reportsHigh attention to detail with focus on accuracy and effective maintenance of people dataAbility to provide fast turnaround when neededStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesData driven mentality with a bias towards thoughtful actionHighly effective project management skills with an ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneouslyA self-starter and able to work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environmentWhat makes #Ellucianlife:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.- Christmas bonus 30 days- Saving fund- Monthly food coupon- 15 workdays vacation- Thrive Flex Program that allows you to contribute towards your health, financial or learning interests- 5 charitable days to support the community that supports us- Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups such as: Women in Technology, Pride and Go Green to name a few.- Parental leave- Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team- We Foster a learning culture with:- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance- Professional development opportunitiesLI-RB1LI-Hybrid
