Este rol requiere una visión estratégica, habilidades de liderazgo y una sólida experiencia en branding, marketing y comunicación digital.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollo de Marca:
    • Crear y mantener la identidad de la marca Clip a través de estrategias coherentes y efectivas.
    • Desarrollar campañas de marketing que resalten los valores y la propuesta de producto y valor de la marca.
    • Crear estrategias completas de comunicación.
  • Relaciones Públicas (PR):
    • Gestionar las comunicaciones externas e internas de la empresa.
    • Establecer y mantener relaciones con medios de comunicación, influencers y otras partes interesadas.
    • Coordinar eventos y actividades de PR para promover la marca.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de trade marketing que apoyen la venta en puntos de venta.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ventas para asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias en el mercado.
  • Creatividad y Diseño:
    • Supervisar el desarrollo de conceptos creativos y diseño visual que reflejen la identidad de la marca y resuenen con el público objetivo.
    • Asegurarse de que todos los materiales de marketing y publicidad cumplan con los estándares de calidad creativa establecidos, manteniendo la coherencia visual y comunicacional de la marca.
    • Colaborar con equipos para crear piezas innovadoras que sobresalgan en el mercado y capten la atención del consumidor.
    • Fomentar una cultura de excelencia en design dentro del equipo, impulsando el uso de tendencias actuales y mejores prácticas enfocadas en comunicación digital para la creación de contenido visual atractivo y efectivo.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de comunicación digital que incluyan redes sociales y otros canales digitales.
  • Asegurarse de que la presencia de la marca en plataformas digitales esté alineada con las otras estrategias de marketing y comunicación.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios de Marketing (medios y growth) para asegurar ejecuciones exitosas en plataformas digitales y tradicionales, generando resultados medibles y significativos.
Requisitos Mínimos
  • 10 años de experiencia en Marketing, Comunicaciones, Publicidad o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en manejo de equipo creativo y experiencia en diseño publicitario efectivo.
  • Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo en marketing, preferiblemente en branding y PR.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia sólida en comunicación digital y manejo de redes sociales.
  • Conocimiento en estrategia y ejecución de trade marketing.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
  • Conocimiento profundo de herramientas y técnicas de marketing digital.
