Our goal is not only to teach languages but to foster cultural understanding and connections.**Your Role**:As a Language Teacher at Spoken Learning, YOU will play a vital role in empowering students to achieve their language goals. Your responsibilities will include 28 engaging and interactive English/Spanish lessons per week, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our learners. In addition to teaching, you will collaborate with our team to create a positive learning environment and participate in various academic projects and activities.Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized instruction and support to help students reach specific language targets.- Implement dynamic lesson plans for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student engagement and language skills.- Customize syllabi to align with students’ language goals and interests.- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.- Create and curate interactive materials to enhance classroom learning.- Contribute to projects such as social media material creation, book creation, syllabi development, and class material creation.Skills and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spanish and English teacher (preferably with adults).- Excellent linguistic competence in English and Spanish.- Passion for teaching learners of all ages, including children as young as 4 years old.- Proficiency in various teaching methods and the creation of instructional materials.- Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekdays and Saturdays.How to Apply:Pay: $12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you hold a bachelor’s degree in Language Teaching or Linguistics?- Do you have at least two years of experience in language teaching?- Do you hold an English Language Proficiency Certification at C1 level or higher?Work Location: Remote
