If you're an English-speaking individual who loves solving problems and helping others, we want YOU to join our customer care team**Key Role and Responsibilities**- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls, answering inquiries, helping with billing concerns, and properly educating customers about their products and services; setting up accounts for new customers; quickly identifying the need in regards with Phone and Internet services for new and existing customers; selling and upselling to customers; updating account information and performing account maintenance when needed.- Enhance customer relationship through identification of customer's needs and opportunities.- Advising customers of forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.- Responsible for adhering to quality standards set by the Client and Afni.- Achieves and exceeds operation goals such as Sales (Close Rates and Contract Renewal), VXS, Handle Time, Productivity and Attendance.**As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you get**:- Fully Onsite, paid training and ongoing professional development.- Competitive Salary with Additional Benefits and Commissions/Bonus opportunities.- Full time Hours. 45-Hour work week/ with 2 days Off.- Unpaid time Off after 46 days of employment (You don´t need to wait too long to enjoy some time Off) *- Life Insurance (12 Months of Salary).- 15 Days of Year-end payment (Aguinaldo).- Referral Program. We have one of the most lucrative Referral Programs around ($10,000.00 MXN per Referral Hired**)- Subject to availability**Terms and Conditions apply**Requirements**:**Key Qualifications**- Must Be Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to effectively engage and assist our customers- Sales-Focused mindset: Proven ability to sell/upsell products and services while delivering excellent customer service.- Customer service experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer service or sales role. (Proven experience)- Availability to comply with 100% paid training, with consistent 9 Hours shift scheduled from Monday-Sunday, including weekends and holidays, 2 days off guaranteed (It may vary)- Have a GED or High School diploma, be at least 18 years old, have proven experience in Customer Service/Sales and be legally permitted to work in Mexico.
