Lead Costa Rica & Puerto Rico Marketing plans.In this role, you will:- Lead Category Deep Dives, driving understanding of key variables impacting Brand.- Responsible to update critical relevant metrics (Innovation / SOM / Monthly results).- Lead local initiatives for Costa Rica & Puerto Rico in partnership with multifunctional teams.- Support Brand Manager in planning and forecasting processes and category / brand insights.What we look for:Experience Required- 3 to 5 years of experience on Marketing- Project Management experience, ideally in Multinational companies.- English: Proficient speaker and writer- Computer: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Syndicated Data - Nielsen (nice to have)**Skills**:- Strong Analytical Skills- Results Drive- Proactivity- Team working- Leadership and influenceEducation Level/Degree:- Marketing degree / Business or Engineering or Equivalent ExperienceWorkplace type:HybridWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
