Talent Acquisition Partner As a Talent Acquisition Partner in FLSmidth, you will have a diversity of tasks, from working with international and local recruitment, to involvement in employer branding, benchmarking of salary levels and psychometric assessments. You have both global and senior management exposure while also engaging with colleagues in People & Sustainability to align on contract negotiations, succession planning and using systems and processes in Workday. You will join a global talent acquisition team with colleagues located on all continents and report to a Global Talent Acquisition Lead. You will be based in our office in Monterrey, Mexico and will support hiring managers that are hiring for a variety of roles, including but not limited to IT, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR positions. You will be a part of the leading brand in the mining industry. Your Responsibilities Manage the search and recruiting processes for vacancies across South America, including Brazil, Chile & Peru. Define for each requisition the right recruiting strategy and advise hiring manager. Drive candidate sourcing, screening and advanced search where and when necessary. Manage a high level of timely and professional communication with all stakeholders. Conduct interviews, assess candidates and coordinate interviews for hiring managers and interview panelists throughout the process. Give appropriate feedback and status updates to candidates. Contribute to enhancing employer branding and to the excellent employer reputation of FLSmidth. Be the contact partner for agencies and other recruiting partners (job portals) and manage the corresponding cooperation contracts. What You Bring A minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with hands‑on experience of end‑to‑end recruitment. Experience with agency and in‑house (corporate) recruitment & talent acquisition roles. Experience and interest in working for a global company with an international workforce. Business‑fluent English & Spanish communication (verbal & written) with additional preference for conversational Portuguese language skills. An inherent desire to continually learn and provide subject matter expertise around Talent Acquisition to others throughout the organization. What You Bring 5+ years of IT recruiting experience. Proven success hiring for U.S.-based positions. Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ATS platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
