**Sales Development Representative****About Us**:Helpware is a technology-driven company with offices in the USA, Ukraine, Mexico, and the Philippines which provides Customer Experience & Operational Support for modern companies. Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best in class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.**Responsibilities**:- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities;- Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups to increase customer interest in the product;- Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience and unique customer service;- Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills;- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company to execute its wellness needs;- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product;- Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits;- Conduct “pre-call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer's current state, competition, etc.;- Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;- Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities;- Collect market intelligence and competitive info.**Requirements**:- B2 English- Sales experience (preferable lead generation)- Marketing Copyright, Creative writing experience (preferable)
