As an **Accounts Payable Analyst**, you will process incoming accounts and payments by financial procedures in an accurate, efficient, daily activities of verification, classification, and recording of data in accounts payable. You will report to the AP Manager USCA. This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid.**Responsibilities**- Provide Customer service assistance to internal contacts or suppliers.- Ensure the review and recording of invoices into the accurate financial period in the ERP System.- Ensure time payment for each supplier.- Provide the documental support and all evidence related to each record.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.- 2.5+ years’ experience in AP areas preferably in a multinational company- Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle and SAP- Advanced English skills (B1). This is necessary to work with US team and costumers.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
