Team overview and job responsibilitiesJob responsibilities- Review of customer orders to carry out weekly production planning- Attend Gemba, bring information on short and/or urgent matters.- Detect potential impact and ensure its prevention, carry out escalation process and notify CSR- Execute production plan according to demand/Inventories/Line Capacity to secure shipments to customers- Detailed review of shorts vs production plan so as not to cause impact online- HFA Order Maintenance- Participation in the monthly inventory of operations- Create production orders according to customer, production and efficiency requirements.- Establish priorities and delivery deadlines.- Manage and prioritize the production order"Who are we looking for?- Excel (Formulas) Management- Knowledge of HFA system- MRP system knowledge- Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policy- Environmental aspects- Risk Assessment- Legal requirements- Hazards, risks and opportunities.- IATF 16949:2016, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001 (Basic) system- ISO-14001 Awareness- Spill response, storage, handling and disposal of chemical substances- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts- Methodical and observant character.- Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
