Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Optimize the Production organization’s assembly and fabrication methods, processes, and equipment in order to meet customer demand in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety.**This position reports to**:Production Development Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Defines the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.- Ensures the production process complies with the project targets. Approve the design for processes developed internally or externally and performs final tests with respect to the project.- Current Time Analysis for operation activities, Yamazumi and capacity matrix development.- Provides support to Production during the internal/external current processes and equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.- Maintain Yamazumi and capacity matrix updated after Kaizen implementation.- Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.- Identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements.- Lead design of Continuous Improvement projects and Kaizen implementation when balancing operations.- Manage wing-to-wing projects and Kaizen from design quoting, execution, approval and release in production considering standardization guideline for Saltillo plant.- Follow and assure completion of Lean and Continuous Improvement Road Map.- Design material management strategy by implementing Plan for Every Part analysis.- Validate the design for processes developed internally or externally and performs final tests with respect to the project.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related.- 3 years of experience in similar positions.- Knowledge of AutoCad or similar design software, Lean Manufacturing and MS Office.- Experience on ISO9001 or any other Quality System.- Customer focus and sense of urgency- Business Conversational English.**More about us**:
