To create satisfied customers in an efficient and effective way by using all media and sales channels available in order to attract and encourage more customers to visit more often and buy more. This is achieved by optimising the sales priorities using commercial activities and securing the right forecasts for the total IKEA offer. The main responsibilities are to ensure satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.**Qualifications**:Proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals, and working on plans over a number of years.Experience of leading and managing a team preferably gained in customer-oriented retail environment.Experience of working in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding how to create business in the IKEA multichannel retail environment.A proven record of strong and successful leadership. Skilled in creating a high commercial performance teamsUnderstand and actively use all IKEA manuals; build your competence based on the manuals Selling the IKEA way and Pricing the IKEA way.Understand the business plan process in the store and strong sales forecasting competence.Analytical and numerical skills.Sales steering and how to work with layout as commercial tool.Understand the local market and competition and what this means for pricing.Understand life at home in your Primary market Area.Ability to set budgets, implement action plans and follow up goals.Additional InformationPassionate about selling and getting the best for the customer.A passion for developing people and talent.You get as much out of helping your team achieve and develop as you do your own achievements.A passion for and interested in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing.Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
