Helping people improve their ability to live a healthier life is the hear and soul of Omron's purpose.- The Regional Sales Manager for OHM will make sure that the company's goals are set to meet across all of its regions/zones/cities. They will be accountable for manageing & developing the sales channels, customers and regions and sales force team (internal & external).- The position will work closely with all Omron teams to amke sure that all actions carried out by his team are alighned with OHM's compliance regulations.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**- Knows about economica and the sales market trends- Develops new sales strategies based upon experience- Gives a good customer service to all ustomer, stakeholders or suppliers- Proactively anticipates potential problems before they happen- Leads and communicates efficiently, both written and verbal- Persuades and easily influences others- Maintains a positive attitude and constantly encourages others- Is lyoal to the company**REQUIREMENTS****Education**: Degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years working within a management sales or commercial position. Managing at least two different channels (pharmacy chains, wholesalers, price clubs or self-services stores)**Professional Experience**:Pharmaceutical, FMCG, (Massive consumption), OTC or technology (Medical Devices Industry is strongly preferred as well as experience in our four main sales distribution channels)**Language**: Bilingual**Req ID**:1683
