We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The main purpose of the role is to execute US HR Ops portfolio services leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.**Your Impact**As **Payroll & HR Services Associate** your functions would consist of:- Execute US portfolio services. (Variable Payments)- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements.- Capture incidence information in payroll system.- Ensure payroll meets operation controls.- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance.- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery.- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues.- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs.- Continue communication and support with local functional teams.- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field.**Experience**- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.- Strong English oral and written communication skills.- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.- Analytical skills- Action-oriented and problem-solving skills.- Team player and highly collaborative- Untouchable integrity and ethics- Functional and technical expertise to provide solutions.- Attention to detail and high organization, ability to work independently to meet deadlines.- Excellent follow-up skills- Ability to work under pressure.- Appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity at all times.**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
