Today, we have hundreds of brands that continue to grow, such as Fanta, Sprite, Aquarius, Fuze and moreYou will be part of this growth as** Stills Governance Senior Manager **of Quality Safety and Environment (QSE) area, having the opportunity to operate and lead as an indispensable member of the Latin America QSE leadership team within the larger global Technical, Innovation, and Supply Chain (TISCh) organization; reporting directly to the Latin America QES Director with clear responsibility to define the end-to-end QSE Governance strategy for Stills Portfolio, its execution and monitoring.**What we expect from you**:- Define the end-to-end QSE Governance strategy for Stills Portfolio, its execution and monitoring. Define and steward the policies, commitments, initiatives, technical cases and prioritization according to Operating Unit (OU) needs and global strategic imperatives. Lead Stills compelling vision, connect and inspire teams and the system to execute for growth with excellence.- Develop QSE framework for New Stills business models /JVs based on smart risk analysis and business needs while ensuring OU QSE governance considering requirements, technical specifications, all relevant regulations, global QSE methodologies, standards and requirements for product, package and processes, distribution and marketplace- Lead QSE Stills co-packers development, develop and implement local/regional governance requirements and risk management and give recommendations to the Business/TI&SCh Top Management. Lead OU/regional M&A due diligence and post-transaction integration as per business model- Lead Outside-in efforts, looking for benchmarking from other Industries and influence to adopt best practices to the Global & Local key stakeholders. Must encourage enterprise mindset with innovation, creativity and thinking “outside the box” to the QSE team and set clear goals/performance measurement in accordance with these principles.- Build Stills Capabilities development Step-up across the System, define plan and orchestrate execution. Build business partnership (including suppliers, copackers, bottlers) capability through identifying development needs, providing leadership on development programs and measuring improvement. Properly communication of these QSE capability development programs- Lead Productivity efforts focus on Stills and lead orchestration of Productivity projects across all facets in QSE, based on the respective business cases/opportunities and looking for the integration with all TI&SCh efforts- Provide business recommendations to Stills Sr Management/Corporate Leadership, with business and action-oriented quality reports and identifying issues, mitigation plans and how to address them to allow appropriate decision making.- Ensure effective communication and training of Stills technical governance to bottling partners and other value chain stakeholders (suppliers, co-packers, customers) working with Governance team.- Internalize and communicate successful practices and lessons learned based on corrective/preventive action plans- Collaborate with the QSE global system in the strategy and performance across the entire value chain, innovation pipeline, technical governance and technical operations.- Based on the global strategy and Regional business needs, set Latam goals and roadmap.- Be an active member of QSE leadership team and work closely with leaders like Technical Operations Lead, Supply Chain Lead, Business Stills team, Quality and Food Safety Director, Governance and Risk Management Lead, Supplier Program Lead, Occupational Safety Lead and Sustainability & Environmental Lead.- Contribute to the global networked organization in Supply Chain agenda and Innovation pipeline addressing business needs, drive top and bottom-line growth and create competitive advantage.
