**Your Job****Our Team**As Human Resources we are aware of the challenges facing the company, bringing vision and focus to those priorities that align with the greatest needs of the business, working with managers and different stakeholders.**What You Will Do**- Coach leadership in advancing our values to best attract, motivate, develop, and retain a diverse group of employees.- Shape innovative ways of working that encourages experimentation and problem solving.- Partner with HR compliance to identify risks and develop plans to mitigate or address these risks.- Develop and implement HR programs that support the overall mission and strategy of the business.- Actively support global HR initiatives and participate in their development and implementation.- Provide insight into people, processes and technology that are influenced by business trends.- Develop talent management/workforce strategies aligned with our culture and business strategy; implement and evaluate supporting initiatives.- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and develop insights that inform talent strategy.**Who You Are**- Experience as a HR Business Partner in selection, performance management, talent planning, compensation and programs that support business objectives and improve employee performance and retention. Experience partnering with all levels of management.- Knowledge of applicable employment laws/regulations.- Results oriented person with excellent communication skills and initiative.- Ability to embrace, communicate, influence and lead others through change.- Demonstrated accountability and critical thinking skills.- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the business.- Self-motivated team player with ability to drive strategic partnerships.- Strong business acumen.- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline would be an advantage.- Prior HR Business Partner experience in a global organization.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
