**What You Will Do**
- Coach leadership in advancing our values to best attract, motivate, develop, and retain a diverse group of employees.
- Shape innovative ways of working that encourages experimentation and problem solving.
- Partner with HR compliance to identify risks and develop plans to mitigate or address these risks.
- Develop and implement HR programs that support the overall mission and strategy of the business.
- Actively support global HR initiatives and participate in their development and implementation.
- Provide insight into people, processes and technology that are influenced by business trends.
- Develop talent management/workforce strategies aligned with our culture and business strategy; implement and evaluate supporting initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and develop insights that inform talent strategy.

**Who You Are**
- Experience as a HR Business Partner in selection, performance management, talent planning, compensation and programs that support business objectives and improve employee performance and retention. Experience partnering with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws/regulations.
- Results oriented person with excellent communication skills and initiative.
- Ability to embrace, communicate, influence and lead others through change.
- Demonstrated accountability and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to drive strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline would be an advantage.
- Prior HR Business Partner experience in a global organization.
