Job Title**:Senior Data Scientist**Type: Full-Time Contract**Salary**: $80,000 - $100,000 USD + BenefitsLocation**:USA - (Relocation Support Available)**Experience: 8-10 Years**About the Role**We’re looking for a highly experienced **Senior Data Scientist** to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. This role involves working with large datasets, developing models, and generating actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams and mentor junior data scientists.**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover insights.- Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models.- Create clear reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.- Work with cross-functional teams to define and solve business problems.- Stay current on industry tools and best practices.- Mentor and support junior team members.**Required Skills & Qualifications**:- Education: Bachelor's in CS, Statistics, Math, or related field (Master’s preferred).- Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.- ML/AI Tools: Experience with TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras.- Visualization: Strong skills in Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or similar.- Big Data: Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop.- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Strong statistical and analytical thinking.- Excellent communication skills to present data clearly.**Preferred**:- Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Exposure to deep learning and MLOps.- Experience with NLP or time-series forecasting.**Benefits**:- **Green Card** sponsorship (including family)- **TN Visa & relocation support** (air tickets + 15 days accommodation).- Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance.- Career development & learning opportunities.**Ready to apply?**Join a forward-thinking team where your work will make a measurable impact.Let me know if you need information about it.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: Up to $2,000,000.00 per year
