Technical Lead (Full-Stack) – Venture Studio Company: Venturial Location: Remote (Mexico) Type: Full-time or long-term contractor Experience: Senior / Lead (5+ years) About Venturial Venturial is a technology venture studio that partners with founders to design, build, and scale high-impact startups . We operate as technical co‑founders , not a traditional agency—taking real ownership of architecture, execution, and long‑term technical vision. We build SaaS products, fintech platforms, AI‑powered tools, Web3 solutions, marketplaces, and mobile applications , working from early MVPs to production systems at scale. The Role We’re looking for a Technical Lead who combines strong hands‑on engineering with practical technical leadership . You’ll lead technical execution across backend, frontend, and mobile , guide small senior teams, and work closely with founders to turn ideas into reliable, scalable products. This is not a management‑only role —you’ll write code, review PRs, and help define how products are built. What You’ll Do Lead technical design and architecture for multiple startup products Build and maintain backend services and APIs (Node.js / NestJS) Guide development of web applications (React) Lead or support mobile development (React Native) Translate product and business requirements into clear technical solutions Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture patterns Review code, mentor engineers, and raise the overall technical bar Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, quality, and scalability What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional software development experience Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead Strong backend background with Node.js / NestJS Experience building REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL Solid experience with React for web applications Experience with React Native or mobile development Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders Nice to Have Experience acting as a founder‑adjacent engineer or fractional CTO Background in fintech, AI, Web3, or marketplaces Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Prior work in startups, consultancies, or venture studios Why Join Venturial Work on multiple startups , not just one product Real influence on architecture and product direction Founder‑level exposure without founder‑level risk Remote‑first, async‑friendly culture Clear growth path toward Principal Engineer or Fractional CTO roles Compensation (Mexico) Payroll: Competitive salary + legal benefits Contractor: Competitive rate based on experience The hiring model is flexible depending on profile and preferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
