We are committed to our team members’ development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.**Job Description**:The local Buyer will Assist in guaranteeing the supply chain of inputs for production (raw materials, packaging materials and eventually indirect Materials) meet the goals of deliveries, including relationship with suppliers, place orders correctly, do follow up, interaction with planning people, discuss opportunities on the processWork closely with key stakeholders (both internal and external) in member organizations and- _ Perform the order’s issuing, follow up about the deliveries, keep the Lead times updates in the system and provide the correct and on time information to the planning Team _- _Ensure the correct time (24h ) to issue all the orders to suppliers once is requested by Planning_- Control the activities of co-packers through follow up when necessary.Key Challenges:- Ensure the lead time to issue orders.- Keep the lead times updated by items.- Reduce lead times as much as possible with the suppliers with actions to support this.- Identify eventually Savings- Ensure compliance about demands based on the Procurement Policy**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field- Strong project management skills- 3-5 years of proven technical experience in transactional procurement activities / processes- Problem-solving and analytical skills- English communication, both written and oralAdditional InformationBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
