**FP&A Assistant Manager**Financial insights and projections to the accounting team. Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.Analyze operational and financial data, building vast databases, and prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions.**Main responsibilities**:Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.Build annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget.Analyzing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.Create financial models to predict growth.**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degreeMBA as a plusMore than seven years of experience in finance or accounting or a related areaGeneral knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principlesFluent English / Spanish**Competences**:Experience developing financial reports and metricsInterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno mixtoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
