Ensure the selection & onboarding processes including tools, assessment and methods ensuring best in class experience to attract & onboard talent into the Organization.**Main Responsibilities**- Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process - Medical test, background check, and personal information for the hiring process- Prepare the new hire's profile (personal documents for hiring process)- Implementation of the Young talent Program to full fill plants/areas requirements- Administration of talent acquisition KPIs- Attending internal/external audits**Position Requirements**- Degree in psychology, Management, Engineering- Talent Management Process, HR Systems, Sourcing strategies, Targeted selection.- Advanced English- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition process- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
