**Job Summary**:Administrar el proceso de investigacion de accidentes. (Realizar analisis de acusas ,establecer accion, dar seguimiento a la implementacion,etc).**Experience (minimum experience required)**:- 2 anios en puesto similar (plantas manofactura).- Conocimiento de normatividad legal aplicable (STPS, SEMARNAT, PC, SS).- Inlges nível basico (Preferible).- Manejo basico de word, excel y power point.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Realizar recorridos Gemba Walk con focus Managers con enfoques de ehs.- Participar en juntas de comunicacion con focus managers.- Administrar operacion de recoleccion de residuos peligrosos, de manejoespecial en plantay patio de medio ambiente.- Programar e impartir capacitacion en temas ehs e inducciones a personal operativo,adminstrativo y contratistas.- Cordinar brigadas de emergencia (primeros auxilios, busqueda y rescate, combare contra incencdio ,evacuacion y hazmat etc.)- Realizar proceso de filto a contratistas y seguimiento a trabajos de alto riesgo (trabajos en alturas, espacios confinados, corte y soldadura, lockout tagout, manejo de equipos motrices) en las instalaciones de la planta.- Participar en eventos Kaizen enfocados a ehs.- Realizar analisis de riesgos (jha s) para implementacion de nuevos procesos ,equipos, modificaciones etc.
