**Job Type**: Hybrid**Experience**: 4+ years**Location**: Puebla/LATAM**Languages**: English and SpanishWe are looking for a Lead Business Architect with T24/Transact implementation experience to join our LATAM team based in Puebla, Mexico.**Requirements**:Conduct Process led workshop, configure CCE & setup the product in the ISBLead the implementation of Transact modulesCreate & review the functional specification documentAnalyse and resolve functional errors in T24Liaise with users and departmental managers on issues and requirements relating to T24 requirements and trainingAttend meetings with system vendors and play an active role in systems development where T24 interoperability may occurMentor & support the teamAnalyse and validate all client business requirements and relate them to Temenos products capabilityDefine and validate customization needs for Temenos products as per agreed business definitionsMake recommendations on best banking practices to the project manager**Technical Skills**:In-depth understanding of financial and banking processesKnowledge of all T24 modulesCore, AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Accounting, Temenos Payment Hub, Treasury, Corporate & other core modulesStrong awareness of industry and market developments, good overall company knowledge**Soft Skills**:Ability to provide face-to-face and remote supportCross-functional awarenessGood communication (both verbal and written)Business and customer service focusedFlexible, team player with good problem-solving skills**About Aspire**:Aspire Systems is a global technology services firm serving as a trusted technology partner for more than 275 customers across the globe.
