**What will you do?**We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager II to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for managing a few actual customers but mainly developing new clients in the North region of the country, promoting our technological solutions in security, artificial intelligence, and access control.**How will you do it?**- Identify and develop new business opportunities.- Expand the current client portfolio in the assigned region.- Promote technological solutions such as CCTV, access control, artificial intelligence, and RFID.- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Conduct regular field visits to clients.- Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate sales closing processes.- Maintain updated client and opportunity information in Salesforce.- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technological security solutions.- Proven knowledge in selling CCTV, access control, AI, and RFID.- Desirable experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.- Intermediate to advanced English (ability to hold technical and commercial conversations).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with mid- and high-level corporate clients.- Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.- Willing to learn new skills and technologies by leading interdisciplinary project.**What do we offer**:- Competitive base salary + commission scheme.- Benefits above the law.- Work tools (vehicle, laptop, cellphone).- Continuous training in cutting-edge technological solutions.- Professional development opportunities in a growing company.
