AS A QUALITY ENGINER YOU WILL:- Develop measurement system to meet customer requirements and facilitating continuous improvements activities.- Be able to write, review and verify applicable specifications.- Support manufacturing, engineering, and quality in identification of root cause defect analysis and correction- Process audits and analysis- Implement incoming inspection procedures.- Initiates corrective action request as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.- Non-conforming materials and MRB, Material review board management- Provide technical support for all inspection processes.- Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECO)- Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.- Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.- Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred Mechanical, industrial, electronic.- In-depth understanding of industry market trends and conditions- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Able to work efficiently in a team environment.**WHO YOU ARE**:You effectively communicate in various settings across the organization.
