**Position**:Transportation Specialist IlArrow Electronics is looking to hire a Transportation Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara**What You'll Be Doing**:- Responsible for carrier cost analysis- Monitor and report carrier performance, hold periodic reviews with carriers and take corrective action as required- Assist carriers and distribution centers in resolving issues regarding loading, unloading, appointments and daily pick execution- Administer freight Claims- Support Transportation mailbox- Prepare reports and other presentation materials as required by department leadership**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience- Bilingual - ability to communicate fluently in English (speaking, writing and reading)- Advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience- Works independently; receives mínimal guidance- Organization and planning capacity- In-depth knowledge of import and export processes- In-depth knowledge of customs law and operations- Leadership- Continuous improvement orientation- Communication / Negotiation Skills- Sense of urgency- Customer Service Skills**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
