**Your responsibilities**:- Responsible as manufacturing engineer for assembly lines, producing electric power steering systems (EPS). - Become a local technical expert for Mexico Plant, for equipment/machines and continue improvement of assembly and measurement processes. - Participation in global project teams for new Mexico projects. - Work in projects for optimization, improvements and integration of new products or new machines. - Ensure actual machine and process documentation (drawings, PFMEA, MTM analysis, etc.). - Supporting production to ensure stable quality and production output and establish lessons learned and know how. - Establish interfaces and exchange with other sites or functions within global organization. - Develop technical solutions to process and machine issues. - Train other local engineers in specific technical topics to develop local capabilities. - Organize technical topics so that key KPIs are met for the process and in the equipment.**Your profile**: Very good experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering within Systems at Presta Steering. - Team player, work with others and develop technical solutions together. - Open to collaborate with transparent communication with multinational teams. - English communication skills.**Your benefits**:**Become part of the #GENERATIONTK**:thyssenkrupp Presta AG is one of the world's most successful manufacturers of steering systems and technological leader in the field of mass forming.
