Join us and let us focus together on what is truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.Why you will love working for Siemens- Freedom and a healthy work- life balance- Embrace our flexible work environment with flex hours, telecommuting and digital workspaces.- Solve the world’s most significant problems - Be part of exciting and innovative projects.- Engaging, challenging, and fast evolving, cutting edge technological environment.- Opportunities to advance your career and mentorship programs on a local and global scale.- Contribute to our social responsibility initiatives focused on access to education, access to technology and sustaining communities and make a positive impact on the community.- Participate in our celebrations, social events, and offsite business events.- Opportunities to contribute your innovative ideas and get rewards for them- Diversity and inclusivity focused.What will you do?- Lead the Quality Assurance process at Kaizen Factory in different stages on Assembly lines and Prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) mainly focused on internal and external customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, quality standards, ISO standards, improvement of the Quality Performance of all the Assembly Lines at Kaizen.- Coordinate and Lead to all the Quality Assurance Engineers at Kaizen Facility.- Give Feedback / Mentoring and Coaching to the Quality Assurance Engineers at Kaizen Facility.- Assign Priorities to the Quality Assurance Engineers at Kaizen Facility to achieve the goals defined in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Team Leader.- Report daily, Weekly and Monthly Status of the Quality Assurance activities / initiatives / Improvements implemented at Kaizen facility to the Quality Assurance Team Leader.- Make sure customer focus mindset is followed at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting).- Lead multidisciplinary teams to perform Root Cause Analysis and CAPA process through different methodologies like 8Ds, A3 for Before delivery and After Delivery issues.- Lead Nonconformance reduction projects at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Lead NCC (Non conformance cost) reduction projects at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Lead projects for Quality KPIs improvement for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Lead and assure the production quality planning at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Lead the process risk assessment through different methodologies like PFMEA.- Lead and implement RCA / CAPA process for warranty issues through different methodologies like 8Ds, A3.- Define and implement quality standards at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Perform audit process based on ISO standards at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Analyze nonconformance reports at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.- Perform, actualize, and implement Quality control Plans at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting) for Before Delivery and After Delivery issues.What will you need to succeed?- Bachelor’s degree on Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field with extensive experience on Quality at Industrial Environment.- 5 years of experience as minimum working as a Quality Engineer on Industrial Environment (Experience working as After Delivery Quality Engineer is a plus).- Advanced Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis Methodologies like Ishikawa Diagram, 5 whys and advanced experience implementing these methodologies on a practical way.- Advanced knowledge of problem-solv
