Importante Consultoría de Servicios solicita:**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**- **URGENTE**_**Actividades**:- Mejorar la relación de cada cliente con los servicios brindados- Soporte al cliente con consultas técnicas y procesos comerciales- Resolución eficaz de problemas- Documentar los pasos de solución dado a cada incidente- Comunicación concisa y clara con las diferentes áreas**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura trunca o Terminada- 3 años de experiência desempeñándose como Customer Service / Customer Care / Ejecutivo de cuentas en sector corporativos giro TI - SOFTWARE, asistencia de soporte a clientes mediante vía telefónica, correo electrónico y/o chat, resolución de problemas, satisfacción del cliente, comunicación con clientes internos y externos, manejo de Excel.- Capacidad de análisis.- Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas.- Escucha activa y solución a problemas- **Idioma Inglés (BILINGÜE INDISPENSABLE)****Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo bruto mensual $17,000 a $19,000- Prestaciones de Ley.- Crecimiento y Desarrollo Laboral- Contrato Directo- Lunes a Viernes 9 - 6 pm- Oficina PolancoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- CUSTOMER SERVICE / ATENCION A CLIENTES AAA: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
