To be successful in this role, the incumbent should be well-organized, have great time management skills, is comfortable making calls, works well with channel partners, can generate interest and be able to act without guidance.For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.This is a Full-time, Work-From-Home vacancy.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Act as a point of contact between the clients and their external/internal partners- Maximize the client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating phone calls on their behalf- Understand customer needs and requirements- Set up appointment schedules and calendar potential leads with client- Handle requests and inquiries appropriately- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest- Documentation and reports generation- Other admin responsibilities as needed.**_PLEASE SUBMIT A SHORT VIDEO INTRODUCTION AND RESUMÉ BOTH IN ENGLISH_****QUALIFICATIONS**- Able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Spanish- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role related to virtual assistant, lead generation, appointment setting and/or inside sales.- Previous Virtual Assistant, Property Management, (US) Real Estate experience a plus- Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.- Excellent time management skills.- Strong drive to be trained and learn new skills- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills.- Strong phone/video presence and experience dialing calls- Comfortable making cold calls- Highly organized, patient and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.- Committed to work a full-time job- Comfortable to work U.S. Operating hours**TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS**- Functional and reliable computer/laptop- USB Noise-cancelling Headset (recommended)- High-speed internet connection (at least 15mbps wired connection)Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Virtual Assistant: 2 years (preferred)- US Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)- Property Management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
