Lead and implement technical SAP solutions by ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented system configurations, integrations, and security standards. This role involves the administration of SAP ECC on HANA systems, associated components, and the management of SAP BTP services. The ideal candidate will maintain highly available and stable SAP environments, optimize operational processes, and ensure system reliability during critical operations. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end coordination for batch job scheduling, including development and administration of standards, policies, and procedures. Plan and prepare SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects. Understand business and technical requirements for Add-ons and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Manage and maintain SAP application servers to ensure optimal performance and availability. Support the migration of SAP applications to virtualized environments (VMs). Lead technical teams in executing ongoing SAP projects and managing system landscapes. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices for system configuration, operations, and security. Required Qualifications Minimum of 7+ years of SAP Basis administration experience . Expertise across SAP products such as ECC, CRM, S/4HANA, and Fiori . Strong experience with installation, upgrades, and patching of SAP applications. Proven skills in SAP performance tuning , memory management, and application configuration. In-depth experience with SAP Java stack administration , including installations, upgrades, and performance optimization. Hands‑on experience collaborating with SAP and external vendors to resolve high‑priority production issues. Strong understanding of SAP technical architecture , infrastructure components, and industry best practices.
