At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Now we are looking for this position**:**JOB TITLE**: IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Product Director**Main Purpose**:The IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Product Owner is a leader in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (S&P) organization. The IT S&P organization imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo’s ambitions and optimize value. As a leader in the IT S&P organization, the IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Product Owner is responsible for leading the advancement of portfolio, project, and product management capabilities supporting traditional project management, investment planning, and digital product management.Additionally, the IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Product Owner will lead a team of developers and engineers to configure, manage, and support the PPM product. This team will partner closely with functional partners within IT as well as business partners including Corp S&T to provide demand management, portfolio, project, and product management services to the PepsiCo organization.**Accountabilities**:- Accountable for developing the PPM product vision and value proposition- Accountable for developing the PPM priorities and product roadmap- Accountable for product decisions and clearing development roadblocks- Accountable for working with product customers to identify, define, and develop capabilities and solutions to address requirements and achieve desired customer outcomes- Accountable for leading backlog refinement sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date, prioritized backlog of clearly defined features/stories- Accountable for driving the execution process within the agile development teams- Accountable for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, technical architects, and engineering to develop the best solution options- Responsible for providing mentorship to product specialists across the PPM development team.- Responsible for engaging in voice of the customer (VoC) programs such as customer advisory boards, and attend tradeshows and conferences applicable to the market in support of the product manager.Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree required- 5 years of related IT portfolio management experience- 3 years of product management or related experience- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to develop strong senior leadership relationships- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers- Significant experience in customer- and user-facing roles, including but not limited to a combination of interviewing, meeting facilitation, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities and deadlines simultaneously- Ability to lead a constructive retrospective session with respect to processes, tools, practices and outcomes- Demonstrated success in defining and building products- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Fluent speaking and writing in English**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
