It consists of two key teams:- GTM, DX & Digital Commerce- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)- Role Overview: The Go-to-Market Away-from-Home (AFH) and Organize Trade (OT) Director will lead the go-to-market strategy for Anchor Markets focused on developing playbooks for building capabilities and best practice sharing while ensuring alignment with Business Units (BU) and Global Strategy & Transformation (S&T).**Your Impact**As AFH / OT Director your scope would consist of:- Define the GTM strategy for AFH and OT in Anchor Markets.- Lead the creation of playbooks that describe the elements of GTM Capabilities and best practices.- Co-create the GTM Mosaics for each Anchor Market with a clear North Star for AFH.- Lead the digital transformation of merchandisers in OT.- Design the Customer Service capability (Including CPFR) for OT.- Partner with Commercial Enablement to facilitate development and alignment of annual priorities and roadmaps for Anchor Markets.- Participate in the development of High Impact Programs with Commercial Enablement, Anchor Markets and S&T/GCC teams.- Create strategic recommendations to Anchor Markets on their GTM evolutions focusing on driving clear value.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- 10+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, GTM, DX, channel development, digital platforms, e-Commerce or sales effectiveness in modern trade specifically and in general traditional trade.- Significant strategy and planning skills are required.- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence senior leaders and “manage up.”- Highly analytical, with the ability to spot patterns and trends others may miss and translate them into business impact.- Global mindset with cultural awareness, consultative approach, and a proactive “make it happen” attitude.- Proven success driving digital and data-led transformation in commercial processes.- Modest travel required (10-15%).- Excellent level of written & spoken English.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
