In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to Plant Manager, you as a Maintenance Manager will be responsible to manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team.About the job:- Leads a team that maintains building systems and works to prevent loss of productivity due to systems issues.- Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team.- Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives.- Ensures maintenance and repairs are accomplished following safety standards and to design specifications.- Other duties as assigned.About you:- Bachelor or university degree.- Seven to ten years of experience.- Management experience.- Strong knowledge of maintenance and facilities.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
