**Agile Lead**:**Role Purpose. **The Agile Lead role it is responsible to lead the innovations development on high quality, quickly and efficiently. Its responsible to create results in a short time and with tangible results in order to get feedback from our clients We need that the Agile Lead know and execute the correct steps in the innovation projects with the Agile way to work. That means that has to be able to identify the next steps to take in the project.**Main activities**:- Coaches the Pod in Self-management and cross-functionality- Ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time box.- Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project of user requirements through to live- Helps the Pod remove impediments and escalates observed issues to the next level- Helps the Pod focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done- Engages with the Agile Ways Practice, to share experience, learn guidelines and experiences and spread to the Pod- Provides expertise in DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins and Ansible.- Guides the Agile team performance and outcome metrics as required**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Process Agile- Kanban- Agile Management- Agile Management tools- Scrum- Technology Agile- Technology DevOps.- Team management- IT program and portfolio management- English advanced- Banking Financial sector- Verbal and written ability- Multitasking Communication skills- Strong Organizational capacity- Leadership and decision making specially for projects- Mastery of Agile methodologies y DevOps- Proactive- Team worker- Ability to analyze and solve problems.- Should have communications skills and be able to efficiently communicate.- Autonomy- Capacity to detect risks- English at an Intermediate level in order to communicate with other countries.- Proactive and self-motivated.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
