We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.- “At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member._- Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and car care”_We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Agile Lead****Principal responsibilities**- **F**acilitating the team to self-organise; enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations- Responsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events- Shield the team from interruptions during sprints to ensure that Agile process doesn't impede team progress- Mange the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes.- Support Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, budget- Work with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and corresponding management of dependencies- Provide management to maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across HSBC- Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Make recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation- Enforce process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as: disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines development.- Help in the development and running of the program management office or project management practice.- Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, Security controls and technology architecture designs.Requirements**Requeriments**- Leader with a growth mindset- Scrum Master, SAFe- Languages: English- Tooling: use of Clarity, Jira and Open Work Bench- Excellent communication skills- Good awareness of risk and compliance- Knowledge discretionary and Regulatory Projects Management- Budget Follow up (GPDM, Clarity, Project, Pwp, Excel, etc)- Management of KPIsYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Process (México) Private LTD
