This position aims to provide legal solutions on a variety of topics, with a special focus on contracts and general corporate matters. The position would be based in Mexico City and will report to the Legal Director Corporate & Product in Mexico.Role Responsibilities:- Acting as one of the focal points for DiDi Food Mexico operations, working closely with local teams to achieve business goals, while reducing legal risks;- Working in collaboration with Business Development and Key Account teams to ensure that new business (restaurants) onboarding and long-term relationship is conducted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions;- Supporting the business on the negotiation, drafting and approval of commercial agreements, as well as T&C’s for promotion campaigns;- Reviewing SoP’s and protocols regarding the different needs of legal services.Role Qualifications:- 3+ years of legal experience, with a strong background on corporate matters;- Law degree from a Mexican university;- Legal knowledge on commercial transactions and ability to provide advice on different type agreements;- Strong communication skills;- Fluency in English;- Experience in Transportation and/or Tech industries is a plus.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
