Galgo es la **plataforma online** que revoluciona la forma de comprar vehículos (nuevos) **️** para todos los latinoamericanos ofreciendo una **experiência** de punta a punta con **soluciones flexibles de pago.**Somos una compañía con propósito enfocada en el sector sub bancarizado en **Chile, México y Colombia.**- Montaje y configuración inicial del CRM en cada país.- Administración de usuarios, incluyendo la creación, eliminación y actualización de roles y permisos.- Creación y gestión de tareas y playbooks dentro del CRM.- Implementación y gestión de workflows de automatización para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos.- Seguimiento del porcentaje de conversión y otros indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).- Implementación de campañas y su seguimiento en el CRM para evaluar su efectividad.- Proporcionar soporte técnico y funcional a los usuarios del CRM en cada país.- Capacitar a los equipos de ventas en el uso adecuado del CRM y en las mejores prácticas de gestión de clientes.- Levantamiento y análisis de las necesidades específicas de cada país para personalizar y mejorar el CRM.
