If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our teamThe Automation and Control Engineer would be working and contributing with the following main activities:- Support the implementation of the Integrity Automation Projects- Define the future automation Projects for next years- Support to review automation engineering from AB Projects- Support to Operations:- Resolve issues- Implement improvement ideas- Training with new specifications or task packages.- Be part of Outage when required.- Implement strategies for reliability of the assets.- Ensure that the new projects meet the Cybersecurity Standards- Support the correct process for commissioning (dry and wet) of automation assets and startups for Automation and Cybersecurity compliance.- Update and/or execute the remediation plan of obsolescence for automation.- Develop Integrity Plans for automation.- Create the required Integrity plans.- Train the operators to execute the integrity plans.- Collaborate in the KPIs creation for automation.- Monitor and analyze the data to improve the preventive maintenance.- Implement remediation plans for obsolescence- Ensure the Collaboration with STS to:- Implement the Cybersecurity Standards for Automation asset - All Mexico regions- Close process of the pending NCRs derived from the cybersecurity Audits and assessments.- Align with cybersecurity standards for Automation Assets- Participate in attestations evaluation quarterly.- Monitor and implement security patches on assets- Align with STS specifications.- Implement the remediation plan to increase the maturity in cyber.Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in similar position- Knowledge of PLC (Contrologix de |Allen Bradley) desirable RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000- Knowledge of HMI (Wonderware Intouch, system Platform y Factory Talk View)About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
