We are currently searching for a Performance Test Lead : Responsibilities Lead end-to-end performance testing initiatives, ensuring quality and reliability of applications. Conduct performance analysis using LoadRunner and AppInsights, identifying risks and improvements. Present results and findings to business stakeholders, clearly articulating performance risks and recommendations. Coordinate tasks between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing in Azure and Power BI applications. Requirements 8+ years of hands‑on experience in performance testing. Expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and LRC (Cloud) . Strong understanding of end‑to‑end performance testing. Experience with client‑side performance testing. Proficiency in performance analysis via AppInsights. Proven ability to lead stakeholder meetings and communicate performance results effectively. Excellent coordination and leadership skills for managing distributed teams. Experience in Microsoft Azure environments. Knowledge of Power BI applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Availability to work in EST time zone. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
