We seek a Performance Test Engineer, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. Responsibilities Plan Load & Performance tests for low-complexity projects and participating in planning activities in medium-complexity projects. Performance Test design for different types of requirements and applications. Develop test scripts. Design, deploy and install performance test environments. Perform code/script reviews to other team members. Gathering metrics for test execution, including: resource consumption and performance specific metrics (response time, throughput). Launch tests in non-distributed mode with any open source or commercial tool. Launch tests executions from the cloud. Qualifications Being a digital passionate. Build bridges & open doors. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major 7+ years of experience in software testing. 3+ years of experience designing and writing test automation scripts in an enterprise setup using tools like Selenium (required), Protractor, ReadyAPI, Postman, Github Copilot.. Experience working with databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB) Experience working integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI Nice-to-have: Experience with performance testing, load testing using tools like JMeter, NeoLoad Nice-to-Have: Experience with Application security testing Nice-to-have: Experience providing technical leadership for small teams/small projects.
