We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Queretaro.**English is an asset****Shift: Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5 pm****Responsibilities**:- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution- Assist and advise guards on company information- Conduct new guards induction, assisting to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of guards documents.- Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Ensure safety & security procedures are adhered to- Maintain ongoing strategic relationships with public and private authorities.- Implementing and executing property security standards.- Organize and direct surveillance services in all business units.- Design and maintain the company's asset security plan through procedures and reporting metrics.- Promote a culture of personnel and property security.- Obtain and review repair estimates, approve repairs in accordance with all CTPAT regulations.- Establish daily, weekly and monthly tasks to track each breakdown and track resolution timeline.- Monitor the content and maintenance of CCTV and access control system images and data on a monthly basis.**Requirements**:- Good english skills.- Previous experience with physical security or similar.- College degree preferred.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.- High level of personal integrity, objectivity and honesty.**Benefits**- We offer competitive pay package:- Savings fund- Healthcare Benefit Package- Food coupons- Career growth- High competitive salary- Life Insurance- We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
