The Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As the SAP Technology Associate Consultant in the Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) team , you will:

  • Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  • Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and develop referenceable customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and respond to project and customer needs.
  • Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines.
  • Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuously learn about SAP products.
  • Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
  • Utilize time efficiently to achieve effective results.
  • Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 1 year of related work experience.
  • Completion of SAP course or project work through academics is preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
  • Experience working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
  • Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux) is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.

Position is based in Mexico City.
