You'll use your strong technical and leadership skills to ensure top-quality results, improve our processes, and guide our team to meet new technical challenges, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.- What You'll Do:- Lead and oversee quality assurance for AI data and language analysis projects.- Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and new, efficient processes.- Manage projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and technical requirements.- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (like Google) to understand needs and deliver solutions.- Analyze complex issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive improvements.- Mentor team members on quality best practices and technical skills.- What You MUST Bring:- Data Analysis and Interpretation: A BI-savvy QL can collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights about product defects, customer complaints, or process inefficiencies. This helps everyone, from engineers to executives, understand quality performance at a glance.- SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills allow them to extract specific data from databases to perform deep-dive analyses. This is crucial for investigating the source of quality problems and tracking fixes.- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Knowledge: Understanding ETL processes helps them ensure the quality and integrity of the data they're using for analysis. They can verify that data from different sources is correctly integrated and ready for use.- Root Cause Analysis: Using data, they can conduct thorough root cause analyses to pinpoint the exact reason for a quality issue. They don't just fix the symptom; they address the source of the problem.- Business Acumen: A QL with BI skills understands how quality metrics relate to business goals like customer satisfaction and revenue.
