Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAs an Import /Export Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with cross-border trade regulations during the import and export of goods. You will coordinate freight with approved carriers to ensure this process is timely and in compliance to routing guides and regulations. Interaction with freight forwarders, overseeing all needed paperwork, and execution of defined processes will be critical. 1. Ensure import and export transactions comply with Customs laws and regulations in both Mexico and US 2. Ensure CTPAT program compliance. 3. Ensure IMMEX program regulation compliance. 4. Ensure OEA Certification compliance. 5. Ensure VAT certification compliance regarding foreign trade. 6. Provide support, ad-hoc projects, reports, and recommendations to Compliance Manager, as appropriate. 7. Interact with Customs Brokers and ensure timely and accurate response to Broker requests for information and follow-up to ensure resolution. 8. Ensure compliance with Annex24 software. 9. Present the necessary reports to comply with Annex30.Experiência y requisitos- Bilingual Spanish - English - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Knowledge of Oracle ERP, and related software. Experience with IMMEX/Maquiladora and Reconciliation program. - Import/Export Compliance Audit Programs.
