We're seeking a dynamic Customer Care Specialist to work in a B2B promotional products manufacturing facility that serves distributors. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, growing and fun environment. We are looking for someone who is optimistic, self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable to join our growing team.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Quoting.- Entering Sample requests.- Entering product art layout requests and sending completed mock-up back to --customer.- Checking on order status.- Answering product and service questions.- Suggesting products and services that suits customer specifications.- Communicating with sales when customers request high quantity orders, custom or import product.- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to -solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.- Educate customers on website tools and resources.- Provide customers with current promotions, new product information, and specials.- Contributes and collaborate with sales team to accomplish goals as needed.**Education and/or Experience**:- High school diploma or GED.- 1 year or more experience in Customer Service.- Strong Active Listening skills- Resolving conflict- Multi-tasking- Be able to use proper grammar in written communication.- Customer experience centric.- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
