**Supervisory Capacity**:Direct Reports: 1-5**- Mantener informado al personal de la planta de cuestiones relacionadas con la calidad, así como promover la conciencia de calidad en todas las instalaciones manufactureras.- Coordinar con los jefes de equipo de producción y supervisores para asegurar que los productos se están produciendo de acuerdo a las especificaciones del producto.- Supervisar diariamente métricos de calidad clave y define planes de acción para mejorarlos. (IPPMs, IRPPM ' s, scrap, etc.).- Participar en actividades de planificación de calidad avanzada incluyendo la creación/revisión de planes de control, FMEA ' s, instrucciones de operador, procedimientos de garantía de calidad, procedimientos de laboratorio, PPAPs y pruebas de validación de productos de componentes fabricados.- Participar con el Coordinador de Planta de BOS en la implementación exitosa de sistemas de calidad de clase mundial aplicables, conforme con BOS, VDA 6,1, ISO/TS16949, etc., según proceda.- Utilizar y promover los controles y métodos de resolución de problemas (8D Informe, resolución de problemas, KT...) Y apoyar la validación de acciones correctivas/preventivas.- Coordinar los auditores de calidad y las actividades de inspector de calidad, formación, etc.- Cumplir con los requerimientos específicos del cliente. para cliente de GM monitorear de manera diaria su reporte de Sourceability y Six Panel y reportar a Gerencias estatus especiales (ej. Revocación de BIQ, NBH, CS2.etc o PRR’s en sistema).
